Jal Jeevan Mission Survey Process by GSWS Volunteers
As part of the Jal Jeevan Mission program across the state of Andhra Pradesh, an option was given in the Beneficiary Outreach App to conduct a survey by village ward volunteers regarding drinking water taps.
Volunteers are required to complete this survey for those within their cluster.
Jal Jeevan Mission Survey Process:
Step 1 : First downlaod and open the mobile application given below.
Step 2 : After opening, enter Asdhaar number of Gram or Ward Volunteer and login through Biometric / Face / Iris.
Step 3 : After login click on the jal Jeevan Mission option as shown below on the home page.
Step 4 : On the next page, click on the Data option. Then if the cluster of the Secretariat is selected it shows the names of Jala Jeevan Mission beneficiaries under their jurisdiction or can be searched through search.
Step 5 : After clicking on the name of whome you want to survey, their complete details will show as shown below.
Step 6 : To access house mapping, the details of beneficiary, Aadhaar number, house, mapping ID will be shown and then panchayat name, village name habitat name, scheme name should be selected.
Step 7 : Have a top connection later? Beneficiary should be asked question and select one of Yes / No. If Yes is selected then tap connection type should be selected either Govt or Private. In case of Govt. The year in which the top connection was given.
