About Scheme:
        
            YSR Kapunestham is a social empowerment scheme by the backward welfare department, Govt of Andhra Pradesh. The objective of the scheme is to financially empower Kapu, Balija, Telaga, Ontari women of age in between 40 years to 60 years by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards with the financial assistance of a total amount of 75,000 (Seventy Five thousand rupees only) over the period of 5 years i.e, 15,000 (fifteen thousand rupees only) per annum. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.

Benefits of this scheme:
            Financial assistance of a total amount of 75,000/- (seventy five thousand rupees only) over the period of 5 years i.e, 15,000 (fifteen thousand rupees only) per annum.

Eligibility:
  • Applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Total family income of the applicant should be less than 10,000 in rural areas and 12,000 in urban areas.
  • Total land holding of the family of the applicant should be less than 3 Acres of wet land and less than 10 Acres of dry land or should not exceed 10 Acres of both (Dry and Wet).
  • No one in the family should be government employee.
  • No one in the family should be a tax payer.
  • No one in the family should be a 4 wheeler holder.
  • Electricity consumption should not exceed 300 units on average.
  • Municipal property should be less than 
  • Applicant should be female.
  • Applicant age in between 45 years to 60 years.
  • Applicant should belong to Kapu, Balija, Telaga, or Ontari.

        Offline

Required Documents:
  1. Aadhar Card Xerox
  2. Details of Aadhar Linked Bank Account.
  3. Caste Certificate Xerox.
  4. Date of Birth / SSC Marks / Voter Id / Pension Card Xerox.
  5. Aadhar Linked Mobile (for OTP).
Application Process:
        
            Applicant should hand over all the required documents to grama / ward volunteer.

Application Flow Process:

  • Applicant has to submit all required documents to grama ward volunteer.
  • Grama / ward volunteer will submit all these documents to digital assistant.
  • Digital Assistant will apply in "Ap Seva Portal".
  • Later the application will move to WEA / WWDS for verification.
  • Now WEA / WWDS will visit applicant house and complete field verification along with photo.
  • WEA /WWDS will upload field verification form and forward to MPDO / MC login.
  • After verification MPDO / MC will approves or rejects based on eligibility criteria.
  • Now the application will sent for system validation.
  • Later eligible and ineligible list will be provided in WEA /WWDS login along with reasons for ineligible candidates.

        WEA - Welfare and Education Assistant (for rural areas).
        WWDS - Ward Welfare Development Secretary (WWDS) (for urban areas).
        MPDO - Mandal Parishad Development Officer (for rural areas).
        MC -Municipal Commissioner (for urban areas).
