About Scheme:

                    "YSR Cheyutha" scheme is a social empowerment scheme by the department of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development, which is implemented and managed by government of Andhra Pradesh. The objective of the scheme is to extend financial assistance to the women belonging to BC, SC, ST, and Minority communities who are in the age group of 45-60 years who are eligible based on the eligibility criteria with sum of 75,000/- (seventy five thousand rupees only) in four phases in period of four years which means 18750/- (Eighteen thousand seven hundred and fifty rupees only) through various welfare welfare corporations. This will create access to enhanced livelihood opportunities, income generation and wealth creation at the household level, on a sustainable basis leading to better living standards. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.


Scheme Benefits:

        Eligible beneficiary will receive a sum of 75000/- (Seventy thousand rupees only) in four terms in the span of four years.

Apply Process:

  • Applicant has to handover all required documents to grama/ward volunteer.

  • Application Form.
  • Aadhar Card Xerox.
  • Bank Book (Aadhar Linked Bank Book) Xerox.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Aadhar Update History.
Note: Candidate can take the help of grama / ward volunteer help if he is not aware of filling application.

Eligibility:
  • Beneficiary should belong to Andhra Pradesh State.
  • Total Family Income should be less than 10,000 in rural areas (villages) and less than 12,000 in urban areas (city areas).
  • Land should be less than 3 acaras of wet or 10 acaras of dry land (on combining both it should not be greater than 10 acaras).
  • No one in the family should be a government employee.
  • No one in the family should be a income tax payer.
  • No one in the family should have 4 wheeler.
  • Average electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
  • Municipal Property should be less than 1000 sq.ft
  • Age should be in between 45-60 years.
  • Applicant should be female.
  • Beneficiary should belong to SC, ST, BC, or Minority community.
  • No one in the family should be government pensioner.

Application Flow Chart:
  1. Beneficiary will submit required documents to grama/ward volunteer.
  2. Grama/Ward volunteer will submit documents to welfare assistant.
  3. Welfare assistant will login to "AP Seva" portal and he will apply in online after field verification.
  4. After successful submission beneficiary details will sent for system validation.
  5. After successful verification he will declared as eligible and final eligible list will hanged in grama/ward sachivalayam.
  6. If beneficiary falls under ineligible. Ineligible list will also hanged in grama / ward sachivalayam with proper reasons.
