YSR Kalyana Masthu / YSR Shadhi Thofa Complete Details
Andhra Pradesh government helping financially to female bride under YSR Kalyanamasthu / YSR Shadhi Thofa schemes. SC/ST/BC/Minority category people can apply under YSR Kalyanamasthu scheme and Muslim people can apply under YSR Shadhi Thofa scheme.
This scheme is launched on 01/10/2022 by our honorable chief minister shri Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy garu.

Category Division:
- SHEDULED CASTE: People belongs to scheduled caste (SC) will come under scheduled caste category.
- SC INTER CASTE: Female bride should belong to SC category and male bride should not belong to SC category.
- ST CASTE : Both Male and female bride should belongs to ST category.
- ST INTER CASTE: Female bride should belong to ST caste and male bride should not belong to ST caste.
- BC CASTE : Both male and female bride should belong to same caste.
- BC INTER CASTE: Female bride should belong to BC caste and male bride should not belong to BC caste.
- MINORITIES: Both male and female bride should belong to minority caste.
- DIFFRENTLY ABLED: Female bride should be a differently abled person and male bride may or may not be a differently abled person.
Eligibility:
- Female bride age should be greater than 18 years and male bride should be greater than 21 years.
- Only first marriage couples are eligible.
- Male and female bride should pass 10th class/SSC.
- Family income should not be greater than 10,000 in rural and 12,000 in urban.
- Land should not be more than 3 acaras (wet land), dry land and wet land should not be more than 10 acaras.
- No one family should not be a government employee.
- No one in the family should not be a government pensioner.
- No one in the family should not be a 4 wheeler holder.
- Average current units should not be more than 300 units.
- Municipality property should not cross 1000sq yards.

Verification Process:
- Female bride has to apply for this scheme in nearby grama ward sachivalayam.
- After applying welfare and education officer will visit marriage place at the time of marriage and take pictures.
- WEA will approves and forward to MPDO (for urban) or MC (for rural).
- After approval application is forwarded to PD-DRDA.
- PD-DRDA will send application for six step verification after approval.
- After clearing six step verification payment will be released from State Welfare Cooperation.
