Volunteer Duty in Jagananna Suraksha
Work Flow in Grama Sachivalayam:
First Day of Program:
Training has to be conduct for volunteers, gruha saradhis, and sachivalayam conveners in presence of FOA/MLO.
Second Day of Program:
Volunteers and gruha saradhis has to visit every house and receive applications for the issues (if any).
After One Week - Jagananna Suraksha Camp:
Mandal level officers will visit every sachivalaym and solve the problems regarding schemes and all.
Monitoring:
Government, FOA and JCS will monitor this program everyday.
Implementation Process:
- A mobile application will be released and logins are provided to volunteers.
- At the time of visiting households volunteer has to login to that mobile app and fill the questions which are asked in the mobile app.
- Pocket calendar should be handover to the citizen and fill the form by the citizen and collect related documents (if required).
- Volunteer has to submit documents in sachivalayam and receive tokens for the issue.
- Token has to handover to the citizen.
Key Points to Volunteers:
- Volunteer has to learn work completely by attending training program.
- Volunteer has to collect all the related documents from citizens and submit to related officer and make sure to clear the issue.
- Volunteer has to complete survey by visiting every household with time.
- If house is locked volunteer has to visit again.
- Camp date should be intimated multiple time to all households.
- Geo Tagging has to be done with reference to house hold(citizen should present in image).
- Every update has to post in whats app group.
- Make sure that people who are facing problems should attend to the camp.

Volunteer Duties:
- Volunteer has to visit every household before a week (ie, June 24, 2023).
- Volunteer has to update citizen response in mobile app.
- Volunteer has to handover pocket calendar to citizen after submission of pocket calendar.
- Citizen photo has to upload in mobile app.
- If there is any issue related to schemes and service requests issues volunteer has to collect required documents and submit in sachivalayam.
- Generated token number should hand over to citizen.
Timeline:
- On June 24, 2023 volunteer has to visit households.
- On June 24, 2023 volunteer has to conduct awareness camp.
- On July 1st, 2023 Jagananna suraksha camp will be held in sachivalayam.
