 Education Survey

Education survey has been started in Andhra Pradesh and this survey will be complete by grama/ward volunteers. This survey will be done for the students who are in between 5 years to 18 years. This survey will be done in CR mobile application. Logins are provided for volunteers in order to complete survey.

Survey Process:

1. Survey should be done in "Consistent Rhythm" mobile app. Survey link has been provided in updated version (Updated version link is given below). 
2. Download / update mobile app from link provided and login by using credentials (format is given below).
3. After successful login you can able to see 05 years to 18 years age group people data.
4. Click on the name and take up survey.

Credentials Format:

           Username :  Sachivalayam Code + Cluster Number

For example 

                    Sachivalayam code = 10390291

                    Cluster Number = 16

                    Username = 10390291016

  Password is already set by you (if you forget password follow below process):

Process1:

• Click on forget password option
• Enter username and click on request reset link.
• A link will be sent to your mobile number (GSWS registered number).
• Reset password and login to your account.

Process2:

• You can find mobile number login option in home page.
• Click on mobile number login.
• Enter your mobile number (GSWS registered number).
• Click on send OTP and enter OTP received on your mobile.
• You will be logged in.

Process3:

• If above two process fails follow this method.
• Contact your WEA.
• In WEA CR login WEA can find utility option.
• Select "Reset CR password for volunteer"
• Select cluster and create a new password for volunteer.
• Now volunteer can login in CR mobile app and change his/her password.
