YSR Bima 2023-2024 survey complete process:

Citizens who are enrolled under YSR Bhima scheme by the volunteers based on eligibility criteria will get benefits of this scheme. Every Year new and renewal process will takes places by volunteers through mobile application.

LAST DATE FOR YSR BIMA 2023-2024 IS 07/06/2023

Eligibility:  

• Citizen Should be a holder of rice card.
• No one in the family should pay income tax.
• No one in the family should be a government employee.
• Candidate age in between 18-50 years.
• Candidate should belongs to Andhra Pradesh State.
• No one in the family should be four-wheeler holder.

Bima Renewal Process:

• Step 1: Grama ward volunteer should download YSR bima renewal mobile app (Link provided below).

• Step 2: After downloading mobile application grama ward volunteer has to login using his/her Aadhar number and biometric/iris/face.
• Step 3: After successful log in to mobile app you can find renewal option in home page.
• Step 4: You can find policy holder name and rice card number will be displayed here.
• Step 5: Click on rice card number and verify the details.

 Below documents are required while we are doing renewal process

• Step 6: After completing EKYC you can find the below mentioned data in mobile app

6. Policyholder Gender
7. Policyholder Caste
8. Policyholder Subcaste
9. Policyholder Occupation

13. Policyholder Sachivalayam Name

• Step 7: Click on continue
• Step 8:Now you will be asked for nominee details.

Below documents are required while entering the nominee details

1. Nominee Aadhar 
2. Nominee Name
3. Nominee Date of Birth
4. Nominee Gender
5. Relation with Policyholder
6. Nominee Mobile Number
7. Nominee Caste
8. Nominee Sub Caste
9. Nominee Occupation
10. Nominee Occupation Type

Now you will be asked for bank account details. Below mentioned documents are required to fill bank account details

1. Bank Name
2. Bank Branch
3. Bank IFSC Code
4. Account Number

• Step 9: After filling all the details grama ward volunteer has to authenticate by using his biometric/iris/face. After successful authentication a pop up message will be displayed as "Data Saved Successfully" .
