Ayushman Bharat Details and EKYC reports
PMJAY (Pradan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana) is also know as Ayushman Bharat. This scheme is launched by prime minister of India shri Narendra Modi garu. Main motto of this scheme is to give free medical treatment to all the poor people for all type of health issues. Operator login has been provided by the central government in order to verify the eligible candidates and provide services to them. Beneficiaries can also login with their mobile number and verify their details which are verified by the operator.
Online Process for Beneficiary:
- Download the PMJAY app from play store or apple store (click here to download app).
- Now give the permissions what ever required and select beneficiary login.
- Enter registered mobile number and OTP to login.
- Your details will be displayed over there.
- You can check and download your card.
Online Process for Operator:
- Download PMJAY app from google play store or apple store (click here to download app).
- Give the permissions what ever required and select operator login.
- Enter your mobile number and OTP to login.
- Now click on search with id option which is displayed on the home screen.
- Select your state, id proof as aadhar and enter your aadhar number.
- Beneficiary details will be displayed, click on the authenticate option.
- There will be three authentication modes(OTP, biometric, face), you can select any of those and complete authentic process.
- Now enter your mobile number and OTP, later take a picture of beneficiary and click on submit.
Download Process of EKYC Reports:
- Click on the link (Reports Link).
- Click on the sign in option which is placed on the top left in the home page.
- Enter mobile number and OTP to login (available only for operators).
- After login click on the three dots which is placed at left side.
- Click on reports of village/town option.
- Select your state, locality and select pdf/excel.
- Now File will be downloaded.
- Indications A=Authenticated, ID=Pending.
